Please read these Terms of Sale carefully, as they describe the terms and conditions applicable to you and your purchase of any products from VIS on the Web site. These Terms of Sale are subject to change without notice at any time, in VIS’ sole discretion. BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS ON THE WEB SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SALE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME YOU PLACE SUCH ORDER. If the credit card or other payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order will be suspended or cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability
VIS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (EVEN IF VIS IS ADVISED OF OR OTHERWISE MIGHT HAVE ANTICIPATED THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY OR BASIS FOR SUCH CLAIM) OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10. Warranties
